Hi
My name is Petter and I'm currently working on deep sequencing focused on, as the title says, finnish families with from a restricted region of finland with pedigrees from the 1600s. What I'm doing right now is trying to analyse my sequencing data from an Illumina Genome analyser IIX. I am currently also working on more population based sequencing projects with individuals that have a family of glucosurea, BMI coupled insulin secretion deficiencies and RNA seq of human islets of langerhans. The actual sequnces are nowdays from a HiSeq2000.
My current issues are computer power, memory and variant filtering. Much the same as everybody else i guess.
