Hello everybody,
my name is Tobias and I am currently a postdoc at the RIKEN BSI close to Tokyo, Japan.
I have just obtained my first set of fastq files from my first ever ChIP-Seq experiment , and I have just begun to look at the data using fastqc.
As I am sure that I will encounter loads of difficulties during the analysis (I come from the wet lab, no bioinformatics background whatsoever), I felt it would be a good idea to register on this site and throw all my questions at you.
