Being a passive member for some time already, I feel I should introduce myself to the community.
Originally I'm a classical botanist neither very much into molecular biology nor bioinformatics.
My thesis however, I hazardly choose to deal with micro-RNAs in terms of bioinformatics.
Thus you can expect some questions regarding deep-sequencing issues coming soon
