Hello everyone!

My name is Dongliang Ge, and I am from Duke University, North Carolina, USA.

I am very interested in using the next-gen sequencing technology to identify genetic variants responsible for biological traits and human diseases. I am currently working on a software tool, called SequenceVariantAnalyzer (SVA), trying to help in this topic.
