Hello from Marseille - France -

    Hi all,

I'm a recently diplomed of bioinformatics in Marseille (France). I am working in a immunology center. We are using MAQGene and SAMTools. I am developping a Open source LIMS called ICeE for Interface for Caenorhabditis elegans Experiments. It will be used as database of metadata for experiments.

I found your forum searching help for SAMTools use.

    Bye

Well, I have been recruited for a genome scale screen of C. elegans and it's going to begin so we don't have anything yet. But I am working for another project needing MAQgene and SAMTools, the reason of the discover of this forum

Investigating the Gut Microbiome Through Diet and Spatial Biology
              by seqadmin

The human gut contains trillions of microorganisms that impact digestion, immune functions, and overall health1. Despite major breakthroughs, we’re only beginning to understand the full extent of the microbiome’s influence on health and disease. Advances in next-generation sequencing and spatial biology have opened new windows into this complex environment, yet many questions remain. This article highlights two recent studies exploring how diet influences microbial...
