    Hello from the Bay Area

    Hi all,

    I have been gleaning helpful information from seqanswers for years and finally decided to officially join.

    I am a bioinformatics software developer at the Stanford Genomics Center for Personalized Medicine, a core services facility. We work with data from HiSeq 2500, MiSeq, GAIIx, and PacBio. I work with a team of 5 analysts and developers who write and manage our analysis pipelines and support the genomics research community here at Stanford.
