RNA seq on relevant cell pop from MS patients and controls

Hi All,

I'm Boel, currently working in Boston, MA, USA. I will among other things analyze RNA seq data from MS patients and controls. Hopefully this will be done in multiple tissues eventually and combined with genomic and epigenomic data. I joined this community since I've already found several interesting threads here using google, so looking forward to being an active member.
