Greetings from Albuquerque, NM. My name is Triston and I just graduated with a BS in Statistics, but I'm currently working at the Biostatistics/Epidemiology Department at the local university. We just recently purchased and began working in NGS via an Ion Torrent Proton sequencer and I've been lurking on this forum for a bit now (which is awesome, btw), trying to make sense of the myriad file formats and analytic techniques floating about.
