Hello all! I am a post-doc in the lab of Dr. Patrick Sullivan at UNC genetics - I just started about 2 months ago. I received my PhD in the lab of Dr. Bryan Roth, working with pharmacosynthetics (or DREADDs, whatever you want to call them) to investigate mechanisms of psychostimulant addiction.
In Pat's lab, I'll be tackling the genetic basis of schizophrenia.
I am here on the forum trying to hunt down a way to do small sample GWAS - throughout the course of my project (and others in the lab), we will be working with and creating cell lines that will need genotyping on an as-needed basis. So, we will hopefully be able to send off 1-4 samples for analysis at a time.
Anybody have any leads?
