I've already posted bit and perhaps now I should probably post a hello in here. I got my NGS legs at the University of Oklahoma with an original 454 GS which turned into an FLX which turned into Titanium. I'm now at the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation running an Illumina GAIIx. I'm now mostly interested in sequence capture and human re-sequencing, although I'll take a swing at just about anything.
