Hi everyone,
I have worked for quite some years doing wet-lab experiments and now I want to start learning how to analyze RNA-seq data. For this, I have downloaded Trinity and want to work with its sample data on my Macbook.
Since I am very new in this, sure enough I confronted the first problem pretty quickly. I could not figure out how to install and compile trinity. On the web I could not find guidelines how to do so. I wonder if someone has been in a similar situation before and perhaps could give me some tips what to do.
