Hello,
I'm a new member to this forum. I'm a post-doc based in UHI, Scotland. My background is in wildlife ecology but I am increasingly using metabarcoding on different types of substrates, e.g., scats to determine diet/species interactions, but more recently with soil to study biodiversity pattern in below-ground communities, and facing the challenges of learning new technologies, methods, etc.
