problem in running PTCdetection.pl script using RACKJ

Hiiiiii everyone
can anybody help me regarding this script file issue, whenever i try to run this script it gives an uninitialised error. plzzz if any body ever used dis s/w RACKJ solve dis problem

I tried the PTCdetection.pl from the tar of the download area, and saw no such message. Would you please let me know your inputs?
