Hi, everybody

I'm Shiqi Tu from Partner Institute of Computational Biology in Shanghai. I am a PHD candidate majoring in designing alogorithms for high-throughput sequence data analysis. Right now, my reasearch is focused on doing inferences from ChIP-seq and RNA-seq data.
