    assembler for Ion torrent

    hello,everyone
    very glad to come to this special world, I am a new here and I wonder if there is anyone have tried MIRA to assemble denovo seguencing data obtained from Ion torrent(two libsne for 200bp single-end, one for 3k mate-pair end).Plus, I wonder if there are some other softwares availble for PGM(except CLC...).Thanks!
