transcription factors binding sites and target genes

Hi Folks ,
I have a list of about 1500 genes for Drosophila melanogaster from RNA seq data and I have to determine which genes are transcription factors in that list also I would like to get the all the TFBS for each gene and target genes regulated by specific TFs

It would be very helpful if anybody could suggest the resources, databases
