Hello all,

I am an Epidemiologist (officially for my PhD), a biostatistician (by the minor), majored in Biodiversity for my masters, dabbling into bioinformatics for decoding the gut bugs == clearly in a bit of an identity crisis

Using DESEq/DESeq2 for microbial OTU count data analysis
