Hello and a small request

Hi everyone,

I'm doing a PhD and I've just started in my thesis lab. Training-wise I've really only been introduced to bioinformatics in the past year, but it's looking like I'm going to try and do some RNASeq for my project.

I have a request in that I'd really like to receive as much advice as anyone's willing to give about everything from top to bottom about the RNASeq workflow I'm going to try and use.

Good luck on everyone's projects, and please shoot me a message if you'd be willing to help me out a bit with advice or links to RNASeq tutorials.
