Hi all,
After a degree earned using data from Sanger sequencing, I'm making the jump to NextGen as a postdoc.
I hope to be able to extract usable DNA from dried insect specimens to do sequence capture in non-model organisms. Look forward to lots of questions about how to get more/better DNA, and how to troubleshoot protocols.
I hope to be able to share my own experiences as they accrue.
