Hi SEQanswers-Community,

my name is Bastian and I am a Plant Sciences master student from Bonn (Germany). For my master thesis I sequenced the transcriptome of a lycophyte species with the HiSEQ4000 platform (150bp PE 30M reads). Currently I am struggling with processing my data, but with a little effort this will hopefully work out .
