Hi,
I'm from a well established molecular biology lab in an government agricultural institution. We use PCR, real-time PCR, digital droplet PCR, SSR fingerprinting and Sanger-based sequencing. Mainly into diagnostics and organism identification.
We've just acquired a Nanopore MinION and I get the feeling we will be looking for help in the near future. We are well supplied for wet lab skills, but our bioinformatics expertise is virtually zero.
