Hello from TAIWAN
This is Petrus Tang from the Chang Gung University, Taiwan. My group is working on the gene regulation of parasitic protozoan. We used the next-generation technology to study the miRNA and gene expression profiles. We also collaborate with our hospital on several metagenomics and bacteria re-sequencing projects. This forum is excellent. Thanks everbody to provide their invaluable experience in the this field.

The immune system’s power comes from its genetic diversity, allowing myriad threats to be neutralized through first recognizing foreign antigens. That diversity is also what makes the immune system so difficult to study.
