    Hello everyone. As my name suggests I shld be crazy to start something so new as Chip seq (no background in the field)in a new lab, but i am so hoping to learn a lot here

        Hi everyone! some years ago, I have done ChIP for seveal years - - - and I don't like it anymore. Sorry for not beeing helpful on this right now. My experience is that if you have another way to get to your answers, take it.......

          Considering your experience I wonder if you would be able to recommend alternative methods for some of ChIP applications.

            Hi nucacidhunter, good question. Please dont nail me on this. I did not want to disencourage tamadp. As well, if tamadp is doing the chip-seq analysis, the lab work has already been done.
