Hello everyone. My name is Rebecca and I'm Research Assistant at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX. For the past three years I have worked on the Roche/454 platform but recently moved to working with the Illumina GAII. I'm learning general library construction as well as CHiP-Seq, RNA-Seq and Agilent SureSelect Capture protocols. We are also anticipating the delivery of a HighSeq as well. I have a great deal to learn and am looking forward to spending time on this forum learning from other users of the system. Cheers!!
