I am Yusuf. I just inherited a project which includes RNA-SEQ and hope to both benefit from and also contribute to this platform.
So far, I benefited a lot from biostars, bioconductor and seqanswers as a foreign visitor and would like to get involved more in these great platforms.
Finally, I am very greatfull to developers of all these great bioconductor packages and especially their kind and patient answers to our questions
