Hello everyone!

My name is Dagmara, I am a PhD student in the Czech republic, interested in microbial ecology and plant-microbe interactions. I found out recently I will need to sequence a complete plant transcriptome de novo, along with a microbial metagenome and since I am totally new to this field, the thought of assembling this into something meaningful scares me to death . I am very greatful for the existence of this community, goodluck to everyone!
