Hi!

Entering the wide world of SEQ, I am happy to have found this forum. miRNA and RNA-SEQ runs on our NextSeq550 have been going well. Now embarking on custom library prep as I tackle ribosome profiling. Excited for the challenge, but a little overwhelmed at the moment, but tackling things one step a time.
