Nascent bioinformatician

Hi everyone,
First post. I'm a microbiologist trying to find my way in the nucleic acid and bioinformatics world. I'm working on using Illumina WGS for microbial drug susceptibility testing (particularly for tuberculosis).
It will be great to find an occasional helping hand here!
