Bedtools : BGZF ERROR

Hello to all,

My name is Jose, I am a Unix administrator and I work for the national Institute for Medical Reseach.

I compiled BEDtools on SPARC with Solaris 10, without erros.


When running bamToBed -i file.bam - I get the following ERROR.

BGZF ERROR: read block failed - invalid block header
Could not read header type


I'll appreciate your help.

Were you able to fix the issue ? I am facing in similar problem when I try to use the coverage command.
