Hello,
I am a junior in bioinformatics ...

My current work:
I'm working mainly with RNA-Seq -> de novo assembly and determining the level of expression of various transcripts founds (without reference!). This last point is more complicated (for me! ).

I'm glad I found this forum which seems to contain a lot of interesting information ...
