Hi SEQanswers,
I'm a mouse biologist getting started here today. I work in Desden, Germany, in the complex of several biology research institutes, nicknamed Biopolis and including the Max Planck for Cell Biology MPI-CBG, the biotec, the CRTD, and the MTZ.
My motivation for joining is that I'm about to embark on my first deep sequencing mission using a mouse line that I generated. Being a greenhorn, albeit with some previous bioinformatics experience, I'm hoping to get some valuable advice from more seasoned people here.
