Hello everybody. I've been reading this forum for a couple of years, and I think it is the most comprehensive source of information for those of us who are struggling with next-generation sequencing analysis. As to my own project, I am trying to do a de-novo transcriptome assembly of a non-model organism. No reference genome, no nothing. I've been using MIRA for a while to assemble 454 data. I've got also additional Illumina data, and the challenge now is to do a hybrid de-novo assembly.
