Hi Everyone,
I'm a graduate student at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine, working in the field of vector-borne infectious disease (specifically arboviruses). I've been doing a lot of sRNA sequencing as of late using the Illumina platform, and I'm definitely having to learn a lot in a short period of time regarding dealing with the massive amounts of data NGS provides.
