We are recruiting a Postdoctoral Associate to work on the identification of human-specific changes in developmental gene regulation by integrated analysis of RNA-seq and ChIP-seq datasets. We are using these methods to compare gene expression and map enhancers in human and nonhuman embryonic limb and cortex.
