A computational genomics post-doctoral research fellow position is available to study epigenomic abnormalities in cancer in the Center for Pharmacogenomics at Washington University in St. Louis. We seek a candidate to develop new computational tools to integrate epigenomic datasets to understand the potential functional consequences of epigenetic changes in cancer.
