Hello all,
I'm trying to use the first pileup file the below link points to:
It doesn't look like a regular pileup file- seems to be a binary file and I'm not too sure how to uncompress it.
I've looked around online and at all the sratollkit utilties but can't seem to find a tool to dump data from a binary pileup format.
If someone could give me pointers about what exactly this format is, or how to convert it to a vcf/ any human readable format, that would be much appreciated.
