    454 GS junior beads vs molecules

    Hi,
    I have been trying to get appropriate enrich beads for my 454. I have started with 0.3 molecules per beads according to the suggestions by the Roche personnel and finally with 0.8 molecules per beads but every time I am getting very little amount of enrich beads and I could not be able to go further. Can anybody suggest me how can I Proceed? How Can I be more sure that my ratio is OK or not? What are the probable causes of not getting appropriate enrich beads?
