    Comparing 454AlignmentInfo.tsv

    Hello,
    I have started assembling using the GS Reference Mapper, and I want to compare different "454AlignemntInfo.tsv" files. However, I can't open them using Excel, because I have too many rows (and Excel has a limit of 1048576 rows). So, might somebody suggest me any other software?
