Hi, I am also planning to do 16S amplicon or rRNA sequencing on Illumina MiSeq platform for 70 fecal samples. Can you please advise me which one is cheapest method because I want to analysis QIIME, functional and pathways etc. I have only limited funding for the project. Can you please also advise me which one is cheapest in terms of costs for doing 70 samples? Thanks.
