    Flow cell stucked inside a Miniseq

    Hello,

    We ran a diagnostic run in our Miniseq and after it finished the Flow Cell tray didn't come out. Now we get error messages when we turn on the machine and the flow cell tray is still stuck inside.
    Any advice on how to command the flow cell tray to come out so we can hopefully restart the machine properly?
    Is there a hard reboot or something?
