We performed a run on Miseq and had an error on the first cycle. We are following the same protocol as we have for the last 3 years. also, we performed a volume test and motion test after the post-run wash and everything was OK.
10% Phix and fresh 0.2N NaOH were used, but cluster generation failed. We are concerned this could be a LOT issue or other problems. Could anybody help?
