    NextSeq2000 variability in read number per amplicon sample?

    Hi All,

    I am working on an amplicon based assay and seeing much greater variability in reads per sample with the NextSeq2000 in comparison to non-patterned flow cells and even NovaSeq 6000 flow cells. Anyone else seeing this and have you been able to overcome the issue?
