In Metagenomics run (Illumina), when Non Template Control (NTC) library is prepared Tapestation D1000 High Sensitivity library profile is clear and Qubit value is Too Low. Still i am getting reads for NTC sometime above 10K. Please suggest what could and where could be issue.
