Hi everyone,
we made a mistake with our HiSeq2500, we switched from rapid mode to high output mode and the water-NaOH(1N)-water sequence wash performed before switching in high output run mode was done with new rapid flowcells instead of used ones. We put back the flowcells in their media right after but I do not know whether or not they are damaged.
I asked the tech support from Illumina and they could not answer me.
Has anyone ever done the same mistake and test the flowcells afterwards ?
Thanks for your help
Thomas
