FWHM vs Low Cluster
This is just a general question. Any input will be helpful!
But.... is there any correlation to high FWHM value vs low cluster density?
I'm currently running a WGS sample with a concentration of 615nm that was diluted 20x prior to loading onto a Hiseq 2500. The expected cluster was expected to be about 800, but the actual cluster came out to be 577.
*** this sample was pre-made so there was no library or indexes constructed on this sample. Only ran QC and qPCR.
