    ITS dual-indexed fungal primers?

    Hi,

    Our lab is in the process of switching to the custom dual index primer approach for both 16S and ITS amplicons. I found Pat Schloss' 16S dual-index approach (http://www.mothur.org/w/images/0/0c/..._MiSeq_SOP.pdf) but have not been able to find dual-indexed primers for the ITS region. Has anyone published such primers? I cannot seem to find any yet.
