I am a new member and i am working at medical genetics center in Egypt. we are searching for NGS machinr and i have found this article( Insight into biases and sequencing errors for
amplicon sequencing with the Illumina MiSeq platform by Schirmer et al, 2015.
my question is will these errors lead to wrong diagnosis for patients with congenital anomalies like deafness, mental retardation?
