I've some questions regarding the magnetic beads of the illumina core kit. We have 2 boxes of core kit for ribo zero and it appears that one box magnetic beads are fine and we used it successfully. However when we opened the second box, the beads seem to have some precipitate on them and we are notified that they are not OK to use.
Did anyone has similar experience what might cause this?
