Has anyone done Zebrafish RNA-Seq?

I have attached RNA seq alignment results for Zebrafish and the % aligned is 65% (and I get 95% alignment with Human samples).

I wanted to know if you have done Zebrafish RNA-Seq and if you get the same results. These samples were sequenced twice with the same result both times. I don't have anything to compare it too since most of the samples we do are Human samples and Illumina does not zebrafish RNA-Seq data to compare it with.

These are TruSeq stranded Total RNA libraries using Ribozero H/M/R kit which as per Illumina is compatible with zebrafish.

Please advice.
