Anyone used Cisgenome for Affymetric Tiling Array Data??

Hi, I am fairly new to this forum and is also new to the Bioinformatic world. I am trying to use Cisgenome to analyze our Tiling array data. In 2006, we used the Tilemap v1 to analyze our data, and now in 2010, we are trying reproduce the same output using Cisgenome (Tilemap v2).

However, I have some trouble about understand the parameters in the "PEAK DETECTION" function. I want to find as many peaks as possible with the control length, for example >100bp or <100bp, and we can sort them out later, cause we want to detect all regions that might be interested to us.

So let me rephrase the question, Does anyone have an experience using Cisgenome to analyze Tiling Array data, and able to provide some detailed inside to help us understand the parameters??

Thank you, please forgive me to maybe ask a very un-Bioinformatic professional question.

    Hsiao.

16S/ITS Profiling vs. Shotgun Metagenomics: What Changes in Your Workflow?
    by SEQadmin2

NGS has revolutionized clinical microbiology by offering new ways to identify and surveil pathogens without prior knowledge of the target. One popular approach is 16S rRNA and ITS amplicon sequencing, which targets specific microbial markers. But studies are increasingly incorporating shotgun metagenomics, a technique that sequences all DNA from a sample without targeting specific microbial markers. This approach allows more detailed taxonomic classification, detection...

Multiomic Liquid Biopsy: What DNA/RNA Panels Reveal That DNA Alone Can’t
    by SEQadmin2

Tumors contain complex mixtures of cell populations that evolve in response to treatment and host-specific factors. Tissue biopsies provide only static snapshots of a tumor’s state. But what if we could follow that evolution over time using a minimally invasive technique?

Liquid biopsies can detect tumor-derived material circulating in the bloodstream, providing a way to study treatment response, detect emerging resistance, and discover new biomarkers. Circulating
